This Savings and Credit Union had been relying on third party software to run and provide financial security for its customers and business, however recently due to global conditions, they were being targeted every day.
Our first step was to improve the security posture by upgrading software, and then to train staff on how to identify potential attacks.
The new upgrade, has helped meet the regulations set out to protect the customer and ensure their peace of mind.
To achieve this we secured all entry points, while creating access logs for every function. Our actions ensured business continuity and that the clients customer base was not eroded.
