This Rural Cooperative Bank serves thousands of farmers across the country; however, a lot of the farmers are based too remotely to ever visit a branch.

Our team was able to understand the challenges and design a very lightweight Application that can be used on most phones, to help with money transfers, loans and even access market prices.

The new product has seen increased customer engagement and has set the organisation on its path to growth. It has also improved account performance and a huge uptake for government programs such as funds for the under privileged women.

The application is locally built and makes it easy for the customer to perform key banking functions.
